The Insider Transactions tool lets you filter transactions by code, significance, or sector to focus on meaningful trades. Use the transaction screen to track recent activity by individuals or entities while avoiding irrelevant formal transactions and excessive noise.

When you first open the screen, it should look like this. In our example, we’ll focus on insider purchases for small-cap companies and apply additional filters to ensure we only see purchases within our preferred market segment.

Here’s how the screen looks after applying the 'Purchase' transaction code, a market cap filter of 400 to 2,000 million, and limiting results to U.S. technology companies. Of course, you can also exclude specific sectors, countries, or industries.

Clicking on the form symbol opens the corresponding filing.

Similar to the Document Search, the filing opens on the right side of the screen. You can adjust its size for a more comfortable review, use the AI assistant, or click the link button to share it with others

As we want to focus on meaningful transactions, we apply an additional filter to ensure we only see transactions involving at least 0.04% of the outstanding shares.

You’ve now learned the key aspects of the Insider Transactions tool. We will continue adding new features and improving its functionality.
